HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic person, whobelieves in our core values and specific ethos to add value to our experiencedand excellent team of Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.

This is initially a fixed-term position for 1 Academicyear.

The successful candidate will be someone with experience of working,understanding and supporting children within an educational setting, demonstrategood teaching and learning skills, a commitment to team and collaborativeworking and able to display an innovative approach to education. Theyshould thrive when working with children and have excellent communicationskills.

Qualifications

• A-C GCSE (or equivalent) grades in both Math’sand English
• NVQLevel 3 in learning support/early years or equivalent qualification/experience
• Enthusiasm to work with children with a varietyof different personalities and skill levels.
