About the Role
A Guest Service Agent is responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Also, a key point of contact for Guest and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity .

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing the first impression of our Guests.
