Hiring for Junior RF Engineer

DingLi is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support our customers in the Philippines for pre and post sales cycle. You will be responsible for educating prospective and current clients about all aspects of our radio network testing and optimization solutions. Experience in RF Engineering (network design and optimization) is required. You will be a strategic member of our product & solution support team who will act as the liaison between our customers and the product management/engineering

departments. You will be the face of DingLi, the technical expert that our clients actually meet. You will help present and sell our technical products to telecom operators and equipment vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the prime point of contact for customer technical pre-sales and post-sales support.

• Handling customer technical support cases on site or online.
