We’re looking for the next generation of future leaders to join our local, high-impact Hilti Graduate Programme. If you're a recent or soon-to-be graduate who’s driven, curious, and ready to take on real business responsibility from day one, this is your opportunity.
Our structured 2.5-year programme is designed to develop future sales and business leaders through hands-on experience, continuous learning, and deep engagement with mentors from our senior leadership team. You’ll start in a customer-facing role and rotate through impactful projects that set you up for long-term success in our business.
