Highway Project Coordinator at Carmacks

Carmacks is seeking a Highway Project Coordinator in Penticton, BC, to support the Project Management team during both office and field work. This role focuses on paving and recycling operations.
As a Project Coordinator, you'll report to the Construction Manager, primarily assisting with project management tasks. Your role includes tracking materials, managing truck haul tickets, and reconciling production logs. Working in both the office and onsite, you will help prepare reports, manage inventory, and ensure efficiency across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and reconcile materials supplied and delivered
• Manage and summarize truck haul tickets using spreadsheets
• Maintain daily and weekly inventory balances for various materials
• Assist the Project Manager with progress reports and invoicing
• Coordinate with foremen and pit managers for accurate counts
