Job Title: High Speed Guard Engineer
Location: Springfield, VA
Type: Contract To Hire
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI
High Speed Guard Engineer to support the implementation and administration of Everfox High Speed Guards (HSGs).
Responsibilities:
+ Collects requirements from stakeholders and determine best implementation solution.
+ Schedule/attend Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to discuss /whiteboard design and implementation details.
+ Coordinates implementation approach and timeline with technical and project management staff.
+ Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries, and other system related issues.
+ Installing firmware updates on physical hardware components (i.e. DellEMC, SANs, switches, etc.)
+ Monitoring and troubleshooting the performance of Everfox/Forcepoint products.
