The idea is to take over the whole financial activity of the group over there:
- Accounting processes development & management - audit processes management
- Controlling development: develop budget & forecast processes, put in place KPI's and dashboards
- Strategy development: work closely with the business in order to support it in its growth
- Point of contact internally and with the external stakeholders
- People management will follow
