Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £44,189.05 (equivalent to approx £17.70 per hour)
We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to support a well-established logistics operation in the Basingstoke area. This role offers a day shifts, competitive pay, and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
Shift Patterns for the HGV 2 Driver:
Monday-Friday shifts available
Start times from 05:00 - finish
What You'll Be Doing As a HGV 2 Driver:
Operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle to deliver goods across the UK
Complete 8-10 deliveries per shift, including multi-drop work
Deliver goods to customers' homes or retail destinations
Load and unload vehicles safely
Carry out pre- and post-journey vehicle checks
Follow scheduled routes and communicate with dispatch
