Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of rental properties (common areas, hallways, etc.).
• Support with minor repairs or maintenance requests, such as plumbing issues, electrical faults, or painting.
• Help with property inspections and ensure that the property meets safety and quality standards.
• Assist tenants with moving in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
• Handle deliveries or pick-ups of rental equipment or items.
• Support the leasing team in scheduling showings and maintaining property records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance or repair tasks (lifting, cleaning, minor repairs).
• Previous experience in property maintenance, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
