About the Role
Our client is a leading homewares and lifestyle retailer known for exceptional service, beautifully curated ranges, and a warm, customer-first culture. We're looking for a proactive Help Desk Support with Cin7 experience to support their retail stores, online dispatch team, and warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on, multi-site role where you'll be the key point of contact for all Cin7 related troubleshooting, system optimization, and day-to-day IT support. If you enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and helping teams feel confident with technology, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1&2 Cin7 support across all stores, dispatch, and warehouse team Maintain accurate data including product information, inventory levels, barcodes, and workflows Troubleshoot sales, PO, stock, and inventory discrepancies Onboard and train staff Review existing processes and implement improvements
