 :What is the role?
We're hiring for a Help Desk Analyst Intern, contract till December 2025.Pet Valu is growing at an incredible rate, and we're in need of a dynamic, independent problem-solver to join our Help Desk team! We're a laid-back, tight-knit team that have a thirst for providing the best service possible to our great clients, and you'll be working with these awesome retail clients to solve their challenges over the phone or by email. 
What will you do?
Take calls from stores and Head Office users, trouble shooting, assisting or re-directing as necessary. 
Logging calls received in the database and maintain problem reports. 
Assist in POS procedure documentation. 
Update relevant information in the help-desk database. 
Follow up with relevant users for updates on problems passed on to them. 
Participate in maintenance of POS Test Scripts and Test Sets.
