About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful technical projects within the healthcare industry. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional technical support while assisting with a Windows 11 upgrade across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 technical support, addressing hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the deployment and migration of PCs from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across various locations.
• Facilitate user data backup and profile migration to ensure smooth transitions during upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Cisco technologies, and Citrix environments.
• Travel between the main site and satellite offices.
