About the Role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively acquire new customers and develop long-term business relationships

  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio

  • Present and sell workwear and PPE products to B2B clients

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close sales

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  • Achieve sales targets and report regularly on sales performance
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in workwear, PPE, or industrial products is an advantage)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Valid driving license

  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
