About the Role
Under the supervision of the Mechanical Foreman, the Mechanic’s main responsibility will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a fleet of heavy vehicles, ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of equipment on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on the truck fleet.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other technical failures.
- Using advanced diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve issues on site.
- Diagnosing, adjusting, assembling, disassembling, and repairing all vehicle components in the workshop.
- Completing work within standard repair timelines.
- Performing any other related duties.
