About the Role

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
Participate in daily safety meetings, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks
Adhere to ground disturbance and permitting requirements prior to excavation
Identify and report hazards, incidents, and near misses
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
Operate heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, zoom boom, skid steer, compactors)
Perform excavation, grading, backfilling, and material handling
Conduct pre-use inspections and basic equipment maintenance checks
Execute work according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Assist with layout verification and ensure adherence to tolerances
Ensure work meets project specifications and quality requirements
Confirm completed work supports downstream construction activities
