Heavy Equipment Loader/Operator

Position Overview

Job Details: Level: Experienced, Location: Camrose Plant – Camrose, AB T4V 4R5, Position Type: Full‑Time Regular, Shift: Standard Shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as trucks, front‑end loaders, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload bare and coated pipe from trucks and plant facilities.
• Transport pipe and materials within the PPC yard to designated storage areas.
• Perform pre‑operation inspections and minor maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, equipment checks).
• Adhere to all company and regulatory safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Communicate unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents promptly to supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation including work orders, time sheets, inspection logs, and delivery paperwork.
