About the Role
We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Wellness Associate to enhance our wellness initiatives in a supportive and professional setting. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
- Assist clients in multiple wellness activities, which may include:
- Foot therapy and detoxification sessions
- Sauna use and body cleansing methods
- Wellness infusion treatments (non-medical, following standard operating procedures)
- Spa and relaxation offerings
- Inform clients about the advantages of detox, stress reduction, and anti-aging techniques
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in therapy spaces and equipment
- Deliver outstanding client service and nurture positive relationships with customers
- Support the promotion of wellness packages and suggest additional services
- Aid in basic administrative tasks and appointment management as required
