Health Care Assistant

The swiya of the shíshálh people lies between Queens Reach in Jervis Inlet and Howe Sound on the south coast of British Columbia. Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Health Care Assistant will assist with daily living and personal care services in patients' homes, in accordance with a care plan developed by the Home Care Nursing team.
