Health And Safety Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Site Coordinator to join our construction team. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and well‑being of all personnel on‑site, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, inspections, and training
• Ensure compliance with Manitoba legislation and company policies
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Collaborate with site supervisors and workers to promote safe practices
• Monitor use of PPE and ensure proper safety signage is in place
• Support emergency response planning and drills
