Health and Safety Advisor

About You

You’ll bring:

• At least three years’ experience in a construction health and safety environment
• Formal Health and Safety Qualification
• Proven experience in investigations, monitoring, training, and coaching
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across a wide range of audiences
• A collaborative, team-focused approach

Key Responsibilities

• Providing effective health and safety support and advice across allocated business units within your region
• Leading and supporting high‑quality incident investigations
