About the Role

We are looking for 01 Health Access Specialist (HAS) which can be based on Ho Chi Minh or Ha Noi city. This position is at manager level.
ROLE SUMMARY
This position is responsible for product market access strategies and implementation. These imperatives include:
Be familiar and well understanding about products includes NPLs
Collaborate with XFT to develop access plan to support product market access strategies
Facilitate for patient needs and listing in liaison with CFC
Contribute to product pricing negotiation and strategy execution..
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 
- Establishes professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand payers’/HC/Patients unmet needs​ and coordinate commercial, medical & access long-term business objectives to maximize access
- Enhance professional relationship/partnership between companies and all key stakeholders/HAs/KDMs/Patient Groups
