Role Overview
As the Head Technical Architect, you will:
Define and lead the overall technical architecture and engineering strategy
Design scalable, high-performance web applications
Lead and mentor frontend and backend engineering teams
Establish coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes
Integrate AI-assisted development workflows (including Claude Code)
Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams
