Job Description
1. Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Shared Services function within the GCC.
Partner with global stakeholders to identify opportunities for process centralization, standardization, and optimization.
Establish governance, performance metrics, and compliance frameworks aligned with global policies.
2. Service Delivery & Operations
Build, lead, and scale teams across Finance, HR, Operations, Risk & Compliance, Technology Support, and other critical BFSI processes.
