A growing mixed-signal semiconductor company in Dresden are seeking a Head of Validation to join their team.
As the Head of Validation you will have several responsibilities that include:
Plan and coordinate all post silicon validation, qualification and IC package design activities Take the lead on technical projects Recruitment of future colleagues Structuring and organisation of the team and lab environment Support with supply chain management To be considered for the Head of Validation vacancy you must have:
5-10 years of experience in a management/lead position (both of people and projects) Good knowledge of analog, mixed-signal and digital electronics, from early concept ideas to volume production.
