Major tasks and responsibilities include:Lead the development and execution of translational science strategies, ensuring optimal progression of drug candidates from preclinical to clinical phases. Oversee non-clinical and early clinical studies focused on drug development and safety, ensuring alignment with clinical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate translational findings into clinical development strategies.
