The Head of Surety leads the Surety business, serving mid-market, and industrial/ large corporate clients, developing bespoke bonding solutions, managing credit risks, and fostering strong market relationships. This role drives product development (including focus on innovative insurance solutions), market positioning, and risk management, safeguarding the long-term profitability and sustainability of the Surety portfolio.
Responsibilities: 
Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of Surety underwriters and specialists.

Define and execute strategy for Surety, including product development and market expansion.

Oversee underwriting for surety bonds, ensuring thorough risk and financial analysis.

Monitor economic and legislative trends; proactively manage portfolio risks.
