Responsabilities:

• Ensures long-term growth by aligning market opportunities, priorities, and actions with business strategy, setting the overall sales playbook
• Develops and leads the execution of a focused and aligned strategic marketing plan based on segmentations such as ship type, shipyard (group), regions, and ship owner/operator/charterer clusters
• Conducts competitive benchmarking to match customer needs with WinGD products and services, while identifying gaps in WinGD’s offerings, such as technical or cost structure shortcomings
• Defines a technical sales plan covering all markets and the complete product and service portfolio to achieve market share and revenue targets throughout the ship lifecycle
