The Head of SMB Accounts leads the strategy and execution for a $35–40M revenue portfolio across approximately 100–140 accounts and 300 active HC. This role is critical to driving client retention, identifying high-potential accounts, and developing scalable engagement strategies for BairesDev's SMB segment.
