About the Role

The Head of Sales of DENZA Brand will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within the assigned region for the Denza Brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets.
- ** Business Development**: Manage business growth in an Omni channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Responsible for key sales metrics and KPIs of the region, collaborate with dealers to achieve agreed goals.
