Head of Sales

Executive role leads Finance end-to-end (Accounting & Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Audit/Compliance) while partnering closely with Operations, Product, Hardware, and D&M (Deployment & Maintenance). You’ll institutionalize unit economics across hardware, software (SaaS), and field services, strengthen our operating cadence, and ensure we scale sustainably across multiple European markets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own finance strategy and operations across EU entities: monthly close, consolidated reporting, FP&A, treasury, cash forecasting, tax/VAT, and external audit;
• Build scalable systems & controls by maturing ERP and P2P/OTC processes;
• Implement policies for revenue recognition (SaaS, hardware, services), inventory & standard costing, CapEx vs. OpEx, and internal controls;
• Institutionalize unit economics & pricing by modelling cost-to-serve and margin by product (lockers, Drop, software, D&M), customer and market. Drive pri...
