About the Role
Role Overview: The Head of Sales and Growth will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve $20-40M revenue by Year 2. Core Responsibilities: Own and hit aggressive revenue targets Build and lead a high-performance sales team Establish sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting Win high-value deals with clients such as banks, telcos, and government ministries Build strategic partnerships with global hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud) Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with 5+ years in senior revenue leadership roles (VP Sales, CRO, etc.) Proven track record closing $5M+ deals in tech/software/AI services Experience selling to enterprises and government in Africa Education Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
