About the Role

Head of Sales, B&PC

Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets for personal care
cosmetic ingredients.
Identify and develop new clients, maintain and expand relationships
with existing clients to achieve sales performance.
Analyze market trends and competitors, provide suggestions for
product pricing and promotion.
Formulate sales plans, monitor sales performance, and adjust
strategies to achieve performance goals.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and aftersales
services.
Participate in industry exhibitions and events to increase company
visibility and identify business opportunities.
Provide market feedback and customer requirements, assist in product
improvement and new product development.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Cosmetic, Fine Chemical, or
related fields.
