CZAR Fragrances is looking for a strategic and highly organized Head of Retail, Wholesale & Distribution to oversee our complete supply chain and sales network. This role is critical in ensuring our luxury products reach our customers and partners efficiently while maintaining the highest brand standards. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations: Lead and optimize the performance of all physical retail branches. Wholesale Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party retailers and global wholesale partners. Distribution Oversight: Manage the end-to-end logistics and distribution process to ensure timely stock delivery across all channels.
