Head of Retail Operations

Overseeing the profitability and operations of the company's business.

Responsible for the daily operational management of the retail stores including staff, sales, customer service and business development.

To provide leadership role to a team of Managers and Executives in achieving their goals and objectives.

To plan, organize and lead business to achieve company objectives.

Reporting on all operational aspects to Managing Director on weekly and monthly basis.

Establish performance goals and KPIs.

Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services.

Develop, establish and direct execution of operating policies.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in retail industry.
