Key Responsibilities Lead the measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for new and ongoing projects. Oversee cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple developments. Manage contract administration, including preparation of interim payment certificates and final accounts. Conduct periodic measurement and valuation of completed and ongoing works to ensure cost accuracy. Allocate upcoming works to contractors in collaboration with the Construction Manager. Provide commercial support to site teams, ensuring alignment between cost control and construction progress. Update BOQs and prepare detailed cost and financial reports for management review. Lead, mentor, and motivate the QS team, including performance management, skills development, and training. Implement and maintain robust commercial processes, controls, and standards across projects.
