Head of Quality - Offshore EPC

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Site QA/QC Head to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for the ongoing Project at Johor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of proven experience in managing QA/QC functions for large-scale EPC, offshore, oil & gas, or energy infrastructure projects.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands‑on site experience to ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all QA/QC site activities for the project.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) .
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards, and international codes.
