About the Role

Our company is a new business under PRTR Group, an HRIS Software with Payroll Outsourcing Services, under the management of PRTR, which has been providing service for HR Solutions for almost 30 years. With our long and well-rounded experiences, we fully understand customers' needs and expectations and ensure that our solution can effectively drive customers into the HR business.
Responsibilities
Working with clients (Management, IT, End users) to gather high-level business and system requirements and convince them of project scope, timeline, and resource plans.
Leading & manage project teams to ensure that final products are high-quality and met engagement requirements.
Providing regular engagement direction, e.g. scope, vision, solution, methodology, technology, architecture, etc., to all team members, including client personnel.
Managing & monitor engagement issues and escalating them to the engagement committee when necessary.
