Responsibilities

• Deliver flawless implementation within DSC Thailand.


• Conducted project stage review meeting with Project Managers, highlighting risks and mitigation plan to deliver flawless implementation.


• Coach Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager to uplift project implementation capability.


• Using the DePICT® Methodology, plan and coordinate all activities across multiple operational and functional groups for complex, high risk projects undertaken by the business.


• Prepare the detailed project plans, identify and resolve issues that occur, control scope, communicate project progress to all interested stakeholders and establish working relationships with all internal and external customers.


• Identify and control the risks of the project. Prepare and manage risk mitigation plans.


• Manage the budget of the project, resolve all spending issues and manage project resource.
