About us : Ruby Labs seeks a Head of Product & Growth to drive product value and revenue optimization. You'll be responsible for full management over the company operations except Marketing, with direct accountability for key metrics including retention, ARPU/ARPPU, and overall product performance. This role offers executive-level leadership with clear accountability: overseeing 15% quarterly retention improvement and 15% CRO targets through your team, while focusing on strategic product development and company-wide operational excellence.
