Head of Product Cloud

HEAD OF PRODUCT CLOUD & AI SOLUTIONS

Main Functions

• Lead the strategy and business for the migration of omnichannel technology platforms and analytics and insights to the cloud at a regional level.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the transformation of the omnichannel platform to a cloud-based architecture.
• Act as the Product Owner and business owner for epics and user stories related to cloud migration and enabling AI capabilities.
• Research and evaluate the most suitable cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for the company's omnichannel ecosystem.
• Ensure the transformed platform is future-proof, enabling seamless integrations and the deployment of AI models to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
