Head of Performance Management

We’re looking for a Head of Performance Management to join us at Telia.

I’m Anders Selin, Head of Operations Management at Telia B2B Sweden, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development.

In this unit, we design & drive the change agenda – from idea to effect. We define & implement new steering models, working methods and business rules for all customer units, from high velocity sales to advanced bid and risk management in complex solution sales. We develop & reinforce the organization’s skills in both processes and sales methods through training and coaching of our employees and leaders across the B2B organization.
