• Lead operational strategy and drive business growth & profitability.
• Oversee nationwide multi-restaurant operations through Operations & Area Managers.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, service quality, and brand standards.
• Own regional P&L and drive improvements in sales, labour, and food cost.
• Build, coach, and develop strong operational leaders and frontline teams.
• Elevate customer experience across dine-in, takeaway, delivery & digital.
• Champion digital adoption, operational technology, and process improvements.
