Head of Operations (Datacenter)

Fully responsible for overall operation of Finnish data centers, overseeing electrical and mechanical systems, IT operation, safety and customer service. Leverage Finland’s stable power, low-temperature advantage and strict compliance to build a standardized digital operation system, ensuring 7x24 safe, stable and efficient operation. Lead team building, cost control, compliance audits and optimization, coordinate internal and external resources, and align operations with Finnish and EU sustainability goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Overall Operation Coordination : Develop annual operation plans and KPIs (availability, PUE, failure rate, customer satisfaction), supervise implementation and optimization. Utilize Finland’s low-temperature advantage to optimize cooling systems, coordinate cross-module work, ensure Tier 3/Tier 4 and EU energy efficiency compliance, and guarantee uninterrupted services for local and international clients.
