Head of New Technology & Digitalization

Develop and execute strategies, frameworks, and KPIs for new technology development and digitalization aligned with operational Upstream needs.

Act as the owner of the end-to-end lifecycle of new technology and digital innovation (ideation, development, POC, pilot, through to full rollout).

Ensure process synergy from the development stage through large-scale rollout.

Serve as a key partner to operations in identifying technology needs and digital solutions.

Lead the development of innovations based on Artificial Intelligence, IoT & Robotics, digitalization, connectivity, and other related technologies.

Ensure proven innovations are rolled out in a standardized, scalable, and sustainable manner.

Develop roadmaps, strategies, and monitoring mechanisms for more effective innovation rollouts.
