Head of Marketing Communications

Hard requirements

• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (EU / Swiss nationality or valid C work permit required)
• Proven experience (5+ years) in Marketing & Communication roles, preferably in tech-driven, innovative or high-value service environments.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ticino context and the Swiss market.
• Strong local presence, with an established professional network and active relationships within Switzerland, ideally including Swiss-German regions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, English, and German.
