We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our integrated marketing strategy and shape the future of one of New Zealand’s most iconic brands. This is your chance to put your mark on Westpac NZ and drive insight‑led customer propositions and deliver creatively excellent, commercially impactful campaigns.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for influencing how Westpac shows up for our customers and how we can drive meaningful growth for our business. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring marketing is closely aligned to enterprise objectives, grounded in customer insight, and executed through high-performing internal teams and world‑class agency partnerships to drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
