Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Leadership Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Design leadership development frameworks for Management Trainees, Graduate Trainees, Zonal Business Heads, Principals, Teachers, Coordinators, and Senior Leadership.
