Head of leadership development

As the strategic owner of leadership excellence, you and your team will take a global responsibility to:

• Define the North Star for Leadership: In partnership with the Board of Management and senior business leaders, you will architect our global leadership development strategy. You will answer the critical question: What defines an exceptional leader at Bosch, now and in the future?
• Curate Transformational Learning Experiences: Go beyond traditional training. You will orchestrate the full lifecycle of our leadership programs, from diagnosing critical business needs to designing and delivering high-impact, blended learning journeys for our top executives and emerging leaders.
