Title: Head of FP&A Position Overview The AVP / VP of FP&A is a senior Finance leadership role reporting directly to the CFO. This individual will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership, owning the full planning and performance management cycle across Control Case’s multi-entity, multi-currency global operations. The role sits at the intersection of strategic finance, operational rigor, and compliance-sector expertise—building the analytical infrastructure that supports Control Case’s next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting Own and drive the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecast cycles across all entities (Americas, APAC, Europe, and acquired subsidiaries). Maintain and continuously improve a rolling 5-quarter cash flow forecast model with scenario capabilities.
