Head of Finance LATAM

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Finance LATAM to establish and lead a regional finance support function from the ground up. The role reports to the Group CFO with a dotted‑line relationship to the CEO of Latin America and is fully office‑based in Medellín.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for finance activities across the region.
• Serve as a member of the Latin America Management Team and contribute to cross‑functional decision making.
